健胃愈疡颗粒对胃溃疡患者胃黏膜hTFF1mRNA表达的影响

目的　探讨健胃愈疡颗粒 (JWYY)对胃溃疡 (GU)患者胃黏膜hTFF1mRNA表达的影响 ,揭示其抗溃疡复发的分子机制。方法　将 60例胃镜下确诊的GU (中医辨证为肝郁脾虚证 )患者 ,随机分为JWYY治疗组和西药对照组 ,每组 3 0例 ;另设胃镜下无胃黏膜病变的患者 10例为正常组。两组GU患者第 1个疗程结束前后均于胃镜下取溃疡边缘组织活检标本 2块 ,迅速置液氮 -80℃保存并行RT -PCR检测。结果　JWYY能提高人胃黏膜hTFF1mRNA表达 ,两组经统计学处理无显著性差异。结论　JWYY能增强人胃黏膜hTFF1mRNA的上增性表达 ,从而提高溃疡愈合质量 ,是JWYY抗胃溃疡复发作用的部分机制

Effect of Jianwei Yuyang granule on expression of hTFF1mRNA in gastric mucosa of gastric ulcer patients

Objective It is to study the effect of Jianwei Yuy ang granules (JWYY) on expression of hTFF1mRNA in gastric mucosa of gastric ulcer (GU) patients and try to find out its molecular mechanism of preventing relapse of gastric ulcer. Methods 60 gastric ulcer patients, which were diagnosed by gastr oscope, were ave ragely divided into JWYY group and control groups at random. Ten patients withou t gastric mucosa lesion were treated as normal group. Around the end of first co urse of treatment, two pieces of gastric mucosa were drawn from edge of ulcer mu cosa in each patient under gastroscope in two groups and then put into liquid ni trogen (-80℃) for RT-PCR. Results The expression of hTFF1mRNA i n human gastric mucosa increased. There was no obvious statistic difference between two groups. Conclusion JWYY can improve the expression of hTFF1mRNA in human gastric mucosa, thereby improve the quality of ulcer healing, that is part mechanism of prevent ing relapse of gastric ulcer.
