| 摘 要： | 目的测定几种杀虫剂对我市德国小蠊的杀灭效果。方法参照国标规定的方法进行实验室测定。结果石家庄市德国小蠊对五种滞留喷洒药剂确喜、高灭灵、歼飞、居美、环卫乐的抗性系数为别为2.3、1.93、1.84、1.58、1.33;隆华杀蟑胶饵和新洁牌灭蟑胶饵两种胶饵对石家庄市德国小蠊1天后的杀灭率为均为100%。优士杀蟑胶饵和毒力岛杀蟑胶饵的LT50分别为0.74天、8.05天。结论几种杀虫剂对我市德国小蠊均有很好的防治效果,可以在我市推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To test the efficacy of several insecticides against Blattella germanica . Methods: The several insecticides were tested under laboratory according to the national standard methods Result: The resistance ratios of Blattella germanica to the five detained spraying insecticides - que-xi ; gao-mieling ; jian-fei ; ju-mei and huan-weile - were 2.3 , 1.93 , 1.84 , 1.58 , 1.33 , respectively . Mortalities of Blattella germanica by using Long-hua gel bait and Xin-jie gel bait were 100% on the first day ; the LT50 of You-shi gel bait and Du-lidao gel bait were 0.74d and 8.05d respectively . Conclusion: The several insecticides have good efficacy aginst Blattella germanica, they can be generalized widly. |
