阿维A雷公藤治疗中重度银屑病疗效观察

目的观察阿维A雷公藤治疗中、重度银屑病的临床疗效及副作用。方法选择40例中、重度银屑病患者作为观察对象,应用阿维A胶囊20~30mg/d,分2~3次口服,同时给雷公藤每次2片,每日3次。待病情好转或皮损消失后,阿维A减至10~20mg/d,雷公藤1~2片/d,对照组口服维生素A每次2.5万U,每日2次,消银颗粒3.5g,每日3次。两组患者均同时外用确炎松、尿素霜早晚各1次,用药8周。结果治疗组有效率为90%,对照组为66.67%,两组比较差异有显著性(χ2=9.65,P<0.05)。治疗组有1例转氨酶轻度升高,1例甘油三酯升高,1例白细胞轻度下降,21例患者出现皮肤干燥及唇炎;对照组有6例出现胃肠道不适。结论阿维A雷公藤治疗中、重度银屑病疗效显著,见效迅速。

The effect observation of acitretin and tripterygium wilfordii for moderate and severe psoriasis

Objective To observe clinical curative effect and side effect in the treatment of psoriasis by using Acitretin and Tripterygium Wilfordii. Methods 40 patients suffering from moderate and severe psoriasis were chosen to be kept under observation. They were asked to take Acitretin capsules two or three times-all together 20 mg~30 mg a day and at the same time take two Tripterygium Wilfordii tablets three times a day. When the patients’condition had improved and impaired skin had disappeared, Acitretin might be reduced to 10 mg~20 mg and Tripterygium Wilfordii tablets to 1~2 tablets a day. Patients in control group took Acitretin two times a day, 2.5 Ku each time and XIAOYIN granulation 3 times a day, 3.5 g each time. Meanwhile the two groups externally used triamcinolone urea frost two times, one in the morning and one in the evening, for 8 weeks. Results The effective rate was 90% in treatment group and 66.67% in control group. The difference in the two groups was striking (χ2=9.56,P<0.05). Side effect In treatment group, one case had the slight rise of aminopherase, one case had high TG and one case had the fall of leucocyte. 21 cases patients had the symptoms of dry skin and lip inflammation. 6 cases in conrol group had the symptom of stomach intestine discomfort. Conclusion Acitretin and Tripterygium Wilfordii have noticeable and quick effect in the treatment of both moderate and severe psoriasis.
