感染性心脏瓣膜病变的诊断和治疗

本文介绍６１例感染性心内膜炎合并瓣膜病损的治疗体会。６１例中３７例行主动脉瓣替换术，１０例行主动脉瓣加二尖瓣替换术，８例行二尖瓣替换术，２例主动脉瓣替换加二尖瓣修复，２例肺动脉瓣切除术，三个瓣膜替换、三尖瓣替换各１例。合并心内畸形有室间隔缺损５例，主动脉瓣下狭窄２例，动脉导管未闭２例，均同时纠治。早期死亡７例，死亡率１１．４％。

DIAGNOSIS AND SURGICAL TREATMENT OF INFECTIORS ENDOCARDITIS COMPLICATED BY VALVULAR DISEASE

Between February 1980 and December 1993, 61 patients with valvular bacterial endo-carditis underwent cardiac operation,their mean age was 35.3 years(range 13 to 57 years). The most common infecting organisms were staphylococcus and streptococcus.61 pa- tients were operated with cardiopulmonary bypass. The operations included AVR(37 cases),double valve replacement(10 cases),MVR(8 cases),aortic and mitral repair(2 cases),pulmonary value excision(2 cases),three valve replacement(one case)andtricuspid replacement(one case). There are complicated VSD( 5 cases),congenital supravalvular aortic stenosis(2cases),aortic aneurysm(3 cases),PDA(2 cases)and aortic root abscess(one cases). Seven 11.4%)patients died in the hospital.
