| 摘 要： | 56例伴有浸润性突眼的Grayes病患者，经抗甲状腺药物和强的松治疗后，TSH受体抗体（TRAb）水平明显下降，部分患者眼病的活动度和严重度得到缓解，治疗后的TRAb仍然与眼病的活动度和严重度呈正相关，提示TRAb不仅引发Graves眼病，而且是影响Graves眼病预后的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Fifty-six patients with Graves' ophthalmopathy(GO)were treated with antithyroid drug and oral prednisone for three months,TSH receptor antibody(TRAb)level was reduced,GO activity and severity of some patients were ameliorated but still positively associated with TRAb.It suggests that TRAb not only triggers off GO but also plays a possible role in the maintenance of the autoimmune process in GO. |
