怀山药的离体繁殖

摘    要:怀山药带节茎段的MS+6-BA1-2mg/L+NAA0.1-1mg/L的培养基上培养,均能直接形成多芽体,均芽数为3-5。将多芽体转和MS或MS+KT2mg/L+NAA0.02mg/L+PP3330.1mg/L的培养基上均能诱导生根,形成再生植株。但后者形成的苗生长健壮。叶色浓绿,有较强的生活力。

Abstract:Dioscorea opposita Thunb. was micropropagated from nodal culture. This species produced 3 ~5 buds per node when cultured on modified MS Medium supplemented with 6-BA 1-2mg/L and NAA 0.1 --1 mg/L. Root could be induced when these multibuds were transplanted onto MS basic Medium or MS basic Medium supplemented with KT 2 mg/L, PP333 0.1 mg/L and NAA 0.02 mg/L. The regenerated plantlets treated with PP333, grew robustly and developed deep green leaves with vigour.
