| 摘 要： | 加快新疆奶业发展，要根据各地的实际情况、奶业发展水平、草地状况、饲草饲料条件，运用科学技术。采取相应措施，建立稳固的饲草饲料基地，改善牛群饲养管理条件，突出提高奶牛质量，面对市场、扬长避短、突出特色、推出品牌战略，走自己奶业发展的路子。 |

| Abstract: | To develop Xinjiang milk industry, it is necessary to made a own way of Xinjiang milk industry, including improving the quality of milk with the scientific technique, building a base of the forage grass and fodder, improving the managerial situation of the milk cow and having a characteristic brand strategy which is fit for the market and avoids the shortcomings, according to the conditions of the deferent areas, the developing level of the current milk industry and the situation of the grassland, forage grass and fodder. |
