丹参川芎嗪、血塞通软胶囊联合西药治疗稳定型冠心病心绞痛对照研究

目的]观察丹参川芎嗪、血塞通软胶囊联合西药治疗稳定型冠心病心绞痛疗效。方法]使用对照方法,将60例住院患者分为两组,均采用常规治疗。对照组30例倍他乐克,拜阿司匹林,他汀类调脂药物及硝酸酯类药物。治疗组29例丹参川芎嗪、血塞通软胶囊,观察心绞痛症状、心电图。两组均2周为1疗程,治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]临床疗效治疗组显效12例,有效15例,无效2例,总有效率93.10%。对照组显效9例,有效15例,无效6例,总有效率80.00%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组。心电图疗效治疗组显效15例,有效10例,无效4例,总有效率86.21%。对照组显效9例,有效14例,无效7例,总有效率76.67%。心电图疗效治疗组优于对照组。结论]丹参川芎嗪注射液联合血塞通软胶囊治疗不稳定型冠心病心绞痛的疗效肯定,其作用机制明确,使用安全,值得临床推广使用。

Salvia Tetramethylpyrazine and Xuesaitong Soft Capsule jiont Western Medicine Stable Angina Pectoris Control Study

Objective]To observe Salvia tetramethylpyrazine Xuesaitong soft capsules combined with Western medicine in the treatment of stable angina pectoris efficacy.Method]Use control methods,divided into two groups of 60 cases of hospitalized patients,conventional treatment.The control group of 30 patients metoprolol,Aspirin,statin drugs and nitrates.Treatment group,29 cases of Salvia tetramethylpyrazine Xuesaitong soft capsules,observed symptoms of angina,ECG.Both groups two weeks for a course of treatment,the treatment of a course of treatment to determine efficacy.Results]The clinical efficacy of the treatment group,12 cases markedly effective,markedly effective 15 cases,2 cases invalid,the total effective rate of 93.10%.The control group,9 cases markedly effective,15 cases effective,6 cases invalid,the total effective rate of 80.00%.The clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group.ECG efficacy of treatment group,15 cases markedly effective,10 cases effective,4 cases invalid,total effective rate of 86.21%.The control group,9 cases markedly effective,14 cases effective,7 cases invalid,the total effective rate was 76.67%.ECG efficacy of the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion]Salvia Ligustrazine jnjection joint Xuesaitong soft capsules in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris effective,its mechanism of action is clear and safe to use,is worthy of clinical use.
