| 摘 要： | 目的分析球结膜下麻醉行小梁切除术治疗中晚期青光眼的优点。方法采用上方球结膜下、上直肌附着点处浸润麻醉行小梁切除术76例（89眼）。结果术中麻醉效果肯定，眼压稳定，基本无痛苦，手术均能顺利完成。术后无视功能丧失。结论术前、术中有效控制眼压、细心操作，上方球结膜下麻醉行小梁切除术治疗中晚期青光眼，避免小梁切除术常规球后或球周麻醉过程中较多潜在危险的并发症和毒副作用，是一种安全、有效的麻醉方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the advantages of subconjunctival anesthesia in trabeculectomy for middle or late glaucoma.Methods 76 cases(89 eyes) of glaucoma received trabeculectomy under subconjunctival infiltration anesthesia.Results The anesthetic effect was obvious and intraocular pressure was stable during surgery.All surgeries were completed smoothly and no obvious pain appeared.No visual function loss took place after surgery.Conclusion Trabeculectomy under subconjunctival anesthesia for middle or late glaucoma is safety and effective.It could avoid some complications of retrobulbar or peribulbar anesthesia and the toxic effect. |
