肾动态显像对维吾尔族宫颈癌病人化疗前肾功能评价

摘    要:目的探讨肾动态显像检测新疆维吾尔族(维族)宫颈癌病人化疗前肾功能的临床价值。方法用^99mTC—DTPA肾动态显像对40例健康对照组及61例维吾尔族、53例汉族宫颈癌病人化疗前的肾功能进行检测。结果23例宫颈癌病人肾小球滤过率(GFR)降低,而血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)正常,2周后复查BUN及SCr,其中有11例出现BUN及SCr异常。维族、汉族宫颈癌Ⅱ、Ⅲ期病人GFR均明显低于健康对照组,差异有显著性(t=6.68~9.01,P〈0,05);Ⅱ、Ⅲ期宫颈癌维、汉族的GFR比较差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。结论维族、汉族宫颈癌病人化疗前肾功能均有不同程度的损害,核素肾动态显像可早期诊断宫颈癌病人肾功能损害。

NEPHRO-DYNAMIC IMAGING FOR RENAL FUNCTIONAL EVALUATION IN UIGHUR WITH CERVICAL CANCER BEFORE CHEMOTHERAPY

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the significance of measuring renal function with nephro dynamic imaging (NDI) in Uighur patients with cervical cancer before chemotherapy. Methods Forty healthy volunteers and 114 patients (61 Uighur and 53 Hun people) were examined for their renal function with ^99mTC-DTPA NDI before applying chemotherapy for the cancer patients. Results Of the 23 patients whose glomerular filtration rate (GFR) were lower than normal but BUN and Scr were normal, 11 cases showed abnormal value of BUN and Scr 2 weeks later. For patients (both Uighur and Hun people) at stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ, their GFR were significantly lower than that of normal controls (t= 6.68-9.01, P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in GFR between Uighur and Hun patients at stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ (P〉0.05) Conclusion Different extent of impairment of renal function existed in cervical carcer patients (both Uighur and Han) before chemotherapy. ^99mTC-DTPA NDI can be used for early diagnosis of functional lesion in kidney in patients with cervical cancer.
