| 摘 要： | 通过检测慢性胃病时胃粘膜病变与非蛋白流基物质（NPSH）、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（GSH－px）、过氧化氢酶（CAT）含量水平的变化，研究慢性胃病时胃粘膜损伤的有关机制。结果表明，GSH－px与慢性胃粘膜病变程度有一定的负相关性，轻度CSG组和中重度CSG组GSH－px分别为（35．12±3．06）U／mg和（34．52±2．00）U／mg．GU组则降低为（20．99±363）U／mg，与前二组比较P＜0．05、中医脾胃湿热证NPSH及GSH－px水平在各脾胃证型组中最低，分别为（0．01±0.01）μg／mg及（17.45±4.80）U／mg。结果提示，脾胃湿热时冒粘膜损伤较为明显，脾虚时胃粘膜防御能力有所减弱。
