雀啄灸大椎穴快速解除术后寒战临床观察

由于天气寒冷及手术创伤等影响，寒战为术后常见并发症，为了快速解除寒战症状，我们自１９９８年以来采取了雀啄灸大椎穴治疗术后寒战，并进行了临床对比观察。方法为随机将６０例术后寒战患者分为实验组（雀啄灸大椎穴）和对照组（应用热水袋，加盖棉被）。结果表明：两组患者寒战消除时间比较。具有显著性差异，雀啄灸大椎穴能快速解除术后寒战，值得在临床中推广应用。

Clinical Observation of Tachui Bird-pecking Moxibustion Relieving Postoperative Chill Quickly

Chill is the common postoperative complication in autumn and winter because of the cold weather and surgical trauma. To relieve postoperative chill more quickly, tachui bird-pecking moxibus-tion was applyed to chill patients in our hospital from 1998 and to be compared with other relieving methods. 60 cases of chill patients were divided into two groups randomly, test group (tachui bird-pecking moxibustion) and control group ( warm with hotwater bottle or cotton quilt). Result showed that the time of relieving chill in the two groups is remarkable different. The author considered that tachui bird-pecking moxibustion can relieve postoperative chill quickly, this mothed is worthy of application and dissemination in clinic.
