| 摘 要： | 该文报告２０例经皮腔内冠状动脉皮形术加冠脉内支架置入术的术前术后的护理体会。介入性治疗手术出血少、手术时间短，恢复快。充分地准备和细致的术后护理可以减少术后并发症，增加手术疗效。

| Abstract: | The authors reported pre- and postoperative management in the nursing care of 20 cases of percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) plus implant of stent, suggesting the characters of interventional operations are less bleeding, saving time and less time for recovering than other operations. The adequate preparation and careful postoperative man-agemant may minimize postoperative complications, and increase clinical effects. Interventional therapy can be widely used. |
