Ezrin蛋白在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的]利用胃癌组织芯片研究Ezrin蛋白的表达及其在胃癌的发展及转移中的作用.方法]应用免疫组织化学方法(ABC法)检测121例胃癌和39例正常胃组织标本中Ezrin蛋白的表达情况.结果]Ezrin蛋白在胃癌中的阳性表达率为82.6%,而在正常胃组织中的阳性表达率为38.5%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).在病理学分级中Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级与Ⅰ级相比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),在有淋巴结转移和远处转移的胃癌组织中Ezrin蛋白阳性表达率分别为92.4%,97.7%,均明显高于无淋巴结转移组51.7%与无远处转移组74.0%(P<0.001).结论]Ezrin蛋白的高表达在胃癌的发生发展过程中起重要作用,并与胃癌的病理学分级、淋巴结转移及远处转移密切相关,可做为胃癌的诊断及预后判定指标.

Expression and its clinical significance of Ezrin protein in gastric carcinoma

OBJECTIVE To study the expression and its role of Ezrin protein in the development and metastasis of gastric carcinoma by using the tissue microarray.METHODS The expression of Ezrin protein in 121 specimens of gastric carcinomas and 39 specimens of gastric tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry.RESULTS The positive rate of Ezrin protein was significantly lower in nomal gastric tissues(38.5%) than in gastric carcinoma(82.6%,P<0.001),and had significant differences between the pathologic grading Ⅰand Ⅱ,Ⅲ(P<0.05),and was significantly higher in gastric carcinoma with lymph node metastasis(92.4%) and distant metastasis(97.7%) than in in the group without lymph node metastasis(51.7%) and distant metastasis(74.0%,P<0.001),respectively.CONCLUSION The overexpression of Ezrin protein play an important role in the occurring and development process of gastric carcinoma,and closely related to the pathologic grading,lymph node and distant metastasis,and may is as a determining index of diagnosis and prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
