| 摘 要： | 目的：肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）具有多种生物活性，其对肿瘤具有双重作用，本文旨在论述TNF及其拮抗剂在肿瘤治疗中的应用。方法：采用国内外近期相关文献进行评价。结果及结论：特异性地激活TNF的某个亚型或拮抗某个特殊分类的TNF受体，将成为临床为之探索的课题。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： Tumor necrosis factor has dual function to tumor for plenty of its biological activities. The purpose of our essay is to discuss the application of TNF and its antagonists in tumor treating. METHODS： Summarize the current interrelated records in and out of China. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： Activating specially some subgroups or resist some special classified receptors of TNF will be a topic for discussion and search in the clinic. |
