腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿蒂扭转

目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的疗效。方法将40例卵巢囊肿蒂扭转患者随机分为腹腔镜手术组和开腹手术组各20例,比较两组患者的手术时间、切口长度、术中平均出血量、住院天数。结果腹腔镜手术组患者的手术时间、切口长度、术中平均出血量、住院天数均明显低于开腹手术组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿蒂扭转疗效确切,手术安全、可靠,对机体损伤小,切口美观、无瘢痕,术后恢复快,住院时间短,值得临床进一步推广。

Laparoscopic Surgery Treatment of Ovarian Cyst Pedicle Torsion

Objective Discuss laparoscopic surgery treatment of ovarian cyst pedicle torsion of the curative effect.Methods Will be forty cases of ovarian cyst pedicle torsion were randomly divided into laparoscopic surgery and open surgery every twenty cases,compared with two groups of patients with operation time,intraoperative incision length,average amount of bleeding,hospitalization days.Results Laparoscopic surgery patient operation time,intraoperative incision length,average amount of bleeding,hospitalization days were significantly lower than in the surgical operation,two groups of comparisons,the difference is statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery treatment of ovarian cyst pedicle torsion definite effect,safe and reliable operation of the body damage small incision,beautiful,no scar,postoperative recovery fast,shorter hospitalization time,it is worth clinical further promotion.
