摘    要:缺血性脑卒中后脑脊液中相关成份如氨基酸,白介素家族和肿瘤坏死因子,基于Ca2+超载机制的相关蛋白,半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶,神经元特异性烯醇酶的改变是一个复杂的过程,涉及到很多生理病理机制,既相互影响又相互制约,形成了脑脊液改变的时间多变性和空间多变性。脑脊液中相关成份改变的研究对临床判断缺血性脑卒中严重程度及预后具有重要意义。

Abstract:Ischemic stroke, a common clinical high central nervous system (CNS) disease, bears the characteristics of incidence, high morbidity, and mortality. Cerebrospinal fluid has been found to have a close link to the neurogenesis and pathophysiology of central nervous system diseases. Researches on the changes of the cerebrospinal fluid after stroke are being improved. The changing mechanisms are found to be associated with the following factors: ( 1 ) inflammation-related reaction, (2) excitatory amino acid toxicity, (3) free radicals and lipid peroxidation, (4) disorder expression of heat shock protein, (5) NO due to brain ischemia reperfusion injury, (6) Ca2 + overload, (7) Caspase-3 induced cerebral ischemic neuronal injury, and (8) Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury caused by the nuclear factor KB. The researches of cerebrospinal fluid after stroke on these mechanisms include ( 1 ) volume change of cerebrospinal fluid after cerebral ischemia, (2) amino acids, (3) the interleukin family and tumor necrosis factor, (4) proteins closed to Ca2+ overload mechanism caspase-3, and (5) neuron-specific enolase. This paper presents a summary of the experimental and clinical literatures on cerebrospinal fluid after stroke.
