| 摘 要： | 将中药蒲黄用化学方法提取出四种组份,观察其对培养的猪主动脉内皮细胞产生PGI_2、tPA以及血小板聚集的影响,结果表明含黄酮类的蒲黄组份F.Ⅳ有强烈的刺激内皮细胞产生PGI_2和tPA活性作用,同时还可抑制ADP诱导的血小板聚集。
