| 摘 要： | 目的研究高血压脑出血并DVT患者应用尿激酶股动脉溶栓联合低分子肝素皮下注射治疗的有效性和安全性。方法对60例患者分别采用尿激酶30万U患肢股动脉溶栓联合低分子肝素5000U每日1次皮下注射与单用低分子肝素治疗的疗效比较。结果治疗组7d、14d时的治愈率及7d时的总有效率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。无脑出血加重、再出血及其它严重并发症的发生。结论尿激酶股动脉溶栓联合低分子肝素治疗高血压脑出血并DVT患者优于单用低分子肝素,安全有效,降低了肺栓塞和慢性深静脉功能不全的发生。 |
