摘    要:目的:观察灯盏花素对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠SOD、MDA、NO的影响。方法:将大鼠随机分为假手术组、银杏叶提取物组、灯盏花素高、中、低剂量组,灌胃给药10 d后,用线栓法制备大脑中动脉闭塞模型。检测大鼠血清及脑组织匀浆的SOD活力以及MDA、NO水平。结果:灯盏花素能使脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠脑组织和血清中的SOD活力明显增加,MDA、NO含量明显降低。结论:灯盏花素可通过影响SOD、MDA、NO明显减轻大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤程度。

Abstract:Objective: To observe effects of breviscapine on SOD,MDA,NO of rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.Methods: The rats were randomly divided into sham operation group,Ginkgo biloba extract group,high-dose group,medium-dose group and low-dose group,which were given the gavage administration for 10 days to make the middle cerebral artery occlusion model with the line of intraluminal.The SOD activity,MDA and NO levels in serum and brain tissue of the rats were detected.Results: Breviscapine can significantly increase SOD sctivity in the serum and brsin tissues of rats with cerebral ischemin reperfusion injury while the levels of MDA ,NO decreased significantly,Conclusion;Breviscapine can significantly reduce the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury through affecting the SOD ,MDA and NO.
