| 紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌45例临床研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的探讨紫杉醇＋顺铂联合化疗方案对非小细胞肺的临床疗效和安全性。方法 45例患者给予紫杉醇75mg/m2i.v.d1＋顺铂80mg/m2i.v.分三天用,每21天为一周期。结果入组的45例中,治疗后完全缓解（CR）3例,占6.70%,部分缓解（PR）24例,占53.33%,无变化（NC）15例,占33.33%,总有效率CR＋PR为60.00%;不良反应主要有中性粒细胞减少、贫血、粒细胞减少性发热、其他发热、脱发、恶心呕吐和乏力。结论紫杉醇＋顺铂联合化疗方案对非小细胞肺癌有一定疗效,且毒性可耐受。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects and side effects of Taxel plus Cisplatin regimens in patients suffering from non-small-cell lung cancer（NSCLC）.Methods 45 patients suffered from NSCLC treated by Taxel 75mg/m2 i.v.d 1 plus Cisplatin 80mg/m2 i.v.every 3 weeks.Results The effective rate（CR ＋ PR） was 60.00%.The major toxicities were neutropenia,anemia,febrile neutropenia,fever,alopecia,nausea,vomiting and fatigue.Conclusion Taxel plus cisplatin regimens is an effective and well-tolerated treatment in patients suffering from NSCLC. |
