| 摘 要： | 本文对41例随访五年以上,手术切除的胃癌局部淋巴结形态进行了观察,结果表明:胃癌附近引流淋巴结出现以SH、PH为代表的抗癌局部细胞免疫和以FH、GH为代表的体液免疫,对阻止癌瘤扩散县有一定的作用,并认为上述淋巴结的四种形态改变可作为判断预后的形态依据和指标;局部淋巴结增生强度与预后有明显的正相关;在胃癌的外科治疗上,应重视宿主淋巴结免疫反应,以便提高胃癌的治愈率。 |

| Abstract: | A study of the morphology in regional lymph nodes in 41 cases of resected gastric carcinoma suggested that the morphologic changes (SH,PH,GH,FH) in the lymph nodes draining the cancer might represent the host immune reaction to cancer, and therefore might be regarded as a morphologic manifestation and an indicator of the prognosis. The intensity of proliferation in regional lymphnodes is closely related to the prognosis. Great attention should be paid to the immune function of the lymph nodes to im prove the effect of surgery. |
