活体生物光学分子成像技术研究进展

摘    要:
活体生物体内光学成像技术是近年发展起来的新兴技术,在生命科学研究中占有重要地位。其原理为采用荧光报告基团或荧光染料标记的目的细胞,通过灵敏的光学成像仪器,检测活体生物体内细胞生物学行为。按发光模式可分为生物自发光和荧光激发光两类。相对于传统光学成像技术,具有无创、可多次重复、实时活体成像、灵敏、安全等优势,目前已成为肿瘤诊断、治疗、疗效判断及抗肿瘤药物筛选等研究领域中不可缺少的工具。

Abstract:
In vivo optical molecular imaging technology with bioluminescence and fluorescence is a newly-emerging technology developed in recent years.The proceeding is tagging the target cells with fluorescence reporter gene or fluorescent dyes,and then detecting the fluorescence by sensitive optics apparatus.According to the luminescence mode,this technology can be divided into two kinds:bioluminescence and fluorescence.Comparing with traditional optical imaging technology,this technology is non-injury,repeated,in vivo and real-time,more sensitive and safety.At present,this system has been proved to be a versatile and necessary tool in the research fields of tumor diagnosis,therapy and scanning of anti-tumor drugs.
