| 摘 要： | 长期以来,高血压患者的随访血压指标,一般采取的是诊室血压和多次随访的平均血压.近几年的一些大型研究中发现血压变异与高血压患者的预后,以及心血管事件和卒中事件的发生有紧密的关系.就近年关于血压变异的研究及其结果,以及血压变异的临床意义作一综述.

| Abstract: | For a long time,hypertensive patients follow-up blood pressure,generally taken clinic blood pressure and average blood pressure.In recent years some large study found that blood pressure variability and the prognosis of hypertensive patients,and the occurrence of stroke and cardiovascular events has close relationship.The blood pressure variability in recent years about the research results,and the clinical significance of blood pressure variability are reviewed in this paper. |
