利培酮口服液暗服药治疗首发精神分裂症的疗效观察

目的:了解利培酮口服液暗服药治疗首发精神分裂症的疗效及不良反应,探讨利培酮口服液作为暗服药物的优缺点。方法:对48例门诊首发精神分裂症患者进行为期12周的观察,予利培酮口服液暗服药治疗,用BPRS和TESS评定疗效和不良反应。结果:利培酮口服液暗服药治疗显效率为73.1%,不良反应有静坐不能、动作迟缓、失眠、头晕、急性肌张力障碍。结论:利培酮口服液暗服药治疗首发精神分裂症疗效及耐受性均好,且便于暗服药。但有服药频率高、药费高、过度依从等弊端需解决。

A Study on First Onset of Schizophrenia Hiddenly Treated with Risperidone Oral Solution

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and side effects of risperidone oral solution in the hidden treatment of first onset of schizophrenia,and discuss weather risperidone oral solution is suitable for hidden treatment.Method:48 patients suffering from first onset of schizophrenia were hiddenly treated with risperidone oral solution.The efficacy was evaluated with the brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS).The safety was evaluated with the treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS).Results:The proportion of patients who showed clinical improvement was 73.1%.The side effects include akathisia,sluggishness,insomnia,swirl,acute dystonia.Conclusions: Risperidone oral solution is effective and well tolerated drugs for hidden treatment of first onset of schizophrenia.It is convenient for hidden treatment.But the high frequency of treatment and high price and over drug compliance are needed to be paid attention to.
