| 摘 要： | 本实验观察了牛磺酸对阿霉素所致小鼠肝损伤的保护作用。结果表明，预先应用牛磺酸能明显减轻阿霉素的肝脏毒性和损伤，提高动物存活率，抑制肝组织脂质过氧化物的形成，降低肝组织钙含量和细胞内酶漏出，减轻肝脏水肿程度。提示牛磺酸作为细胞保护剂对防止阿霉素肝损伤有一定的临床应用价值。 |

| Abstract: | The protective effect of taurine on adriamycin-induced liver injury was investigated in mice. It was found that pretreatment with taurine significantly alleviated mice hepatotoxicity induced by adriamycin,reduced the degree of liver edema and the leakage of intracellular enzyme(GPT),inhibited the formation of lipid peroxidation products(MDA)and gains of calcium in liver,and enhanced the survival rate of mice.These data suggest that taurine as an endogenous anti-injurious substance ,may be used for the prevention and therapy of hepatotoxicity induced by adriamycin in clinics. |
