| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨腺苷脱氨酶（ADA）、C反应蛋白（CRP）检测在胸腔积液鉴别诊断中的临床意义。方法：回顾性分析2006年01月至2009年09月我院收治的76例胸腔积液患者（其中结核性积液32例,癌性积液20例,炎性积液24例）ADA、CRP检测结果,并对各组积液ADA、CRP检测结果作对比分析。结果：ADA水平结核性积液明显高于癌性积液和炎性积液（P〈0．05）,而癌性积液和炎性积液ADA水平无明显差异（P〉0．05）;CRP水平结核性积液和炎性积液均明显高于癌性积液（P〈0．05）,而结核性积液和炎性积液CRP水平无明显差异（P〉0．05）。结论：ADA、CRP检测对胸腔积液鉴别诊断有重要临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the clinical significance of ADA, CRP test in diagnosis of pleural effusion. Methods： Making a retrospective analysis on ADA, CRP test results of 76 cases of pleural effusion patients （32 cases of tubercular effusion, 20 cases of cancer effusion, 24 cases of inflammation effusion） in our hospital from Jan. 2006 to Sep. 2009. Compare the results of the three groups. Results： ADA level of tubercular effusion was higher than cancer effusion and inflammation effusion （P〈0. 05） ; CRP levels of tubercular effusion and inflammation effusion were higher than cancer effusion （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： ADA, CRP test has important clinical value to the diagnosis of pleural effusion |
