| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中西药联合治疗充血性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法：134例慢性心力衰竭住院患者分为两组，对照组70例常规给予洋地黄、利尿剂、硝酸酯类进行治疗，观察组64例在常规治疗的基础上加用美托洛尔、螺内酯联合参麦注射液治疗，比较两组的疗效。结果：观察组心功能改善明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：在常规药治疗基础上加用13受体阻制剂、醛固酮拮抗剂及参麦注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭，疗效显著，是治疗慢性心力衰竭的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the effect of combination therapy of TCM and western medicine on chronic congestive heart failure. Methods： A total of 134 cases with chronic congestive heart failure were divided into two groups. Seventy cases in control group were treated with digitalis, diuretic and nitrate; 64 cases in observation group were treated with metoprolol, spirolactone and Shenmai injection plus conven- tional therapy. The efficacy was compared. Results： The improvement of heart function was significantly better in observation group than that of control group （P~0.01）. Conclusions： Based on conventional ther- apy, /3 receptor blocker, aldosterone antagonist and Shenmai injection is effective in treating chronic heart failure. |
