深圳市5696例性罪错人中梅毒感染影响因素分析

目的：了解深圳市性罪错人群一般情况对梅毒感染的影响,为预防和控制梅毒的流行提供依据。方法：通过详细填写调查登记表,获得性罪错人群情况;结合体检及梅毒血清学检测,了解性罪错人群梅毒感染情况。结果：5696例性罪错中,不同性别、年龄存在显性差异,男性年龄较高;梅毒检查结果阴性和阳性之间年龄有显性差异,以阳性年龄为高;梅毒阳性检出率有逐年增高的趋势;梅毒阳性检出率在性别之间存在显差异,女性明显高于男性;梅毒阳性在来源地及其相应检出率之间有显差异,呈现明显的地区聚集性;梅毒阳性检出率在原不同职业有显差异,以农民为最高,但与现职业无关;梅毒阳性检出率与化程度呈明显负相关,即化程度越低,阳性检出率越高,反之亦然,梅毒阳性检出率与婚姻状况无关。结论：控制梅毒的流行是一项艰苦的任务,需要采取综合干预措施,提高人口素质和道德水平。

Analysis of Inflnential Factor on Syphilis of 5696 Sexual misconduct in Shenzhen

Objective:To find out the general situation of syphilitic infection sexual misconducts in Shenzhen, we may take action to prevention and control of syphilis epidemic. Methods: To obtain general situation of the above mentioned population by detailed questionnaires, physical examination and serologic test for syphilis (STS) have been checked. Results:There were statistic significace among the 5696 sexual misconduct in different sexes and ages. Ages of male were higher than female STS showed that the statistic significant in sexs and ages, the more positive cases were showed in female and eldly group. The positive rate was increased year by year and the highest positive rate was developed from previous farmers. The negative correlation was showed. Between the education and postive rate, the lower education, the higher positive rats. There was no relationship between positive rate and marital status in sexual misconduct. Conclusion: In order to raise the cultural level and moral concepts in resident, a comprehensive interference measure is needed and this is the way to control syphilis epidemic in Shenzhen.
