病房责任护士岗位工作任务分析

目的 探讨对血液净化中心护士连续性肾脏替代治疗培训与考核的管理方法。方法 结合连续性肾脏替代治疗专业特点，对血液净化中心护士进行连续性肾脏替代治疗规范化培训，实行理论与操作考核，建立培训考核体系。结果 通过规范化的培训，血液净化中心护士考核全部达标。结论 对血液净化中心护士实行规范化培训与考核的管理，适应连续性肾脏替代治疗发展的需要，是提高护理质量、保证患者安全的有效手段。

The experiences of standardization training and test about the continuous renal replacement therapy

Objective To study the proper training and test methods for nurses of hemodialysis center about the continuous renal replacement therapy. Methods Frame the standard traning and test system according to the characters of continuous renal replacement therapy, and then put this system into practice. Results All the nurses who had attended the traning and test have reached the standard. Conclusions It is necessary to carry out normative tranining and test system for fit the development of continuous renal replacement therapy, and then improve the quality of life of patients and guarantee the safty of them.
