| 摘 要： | 国内外学者从信息不对称角度研究支付制度,认为价格管制对医生的医疗决策行为构成影响。笔者利用行为金融理论分析价格管制的情况下我国看病贵、看病难医疗困境的本质原因,通过构建公立医院医生效用函数模型,表明公立医院医生的决策行为是造成看病贵、看病难问题的内在机理,为目前医疗困境提供新的理论解释,为医疗改革提供新的思路。

| Abstract: | Domestic and foreign scholars have studied the peymant and found the price contorl hade infuence on the medical decision behaviour of doctors.By using the behavioral finance theory,this article analysed the essential reasons for difficulty in seeking medical service and expensive medical care under price control in China.By constructing the utility function model of physicians in public hospitals,the author found that the public-hospital physicians' medical behavior is the intrinsic reason for difficulty and expensive medical care,which provides new theoretical interpretation for the medical difficult situation and a new approach for the medical reformation. |
