| 摘 要： | 急诊科医师不仅需要熟悉急诊常见感染性疾病的诊断和处理,更要时刻掌握感染性疾病流行动态,如最新流行的社区相关性耐甲氧西林金葡菌(CA-MRSA)、社区相关性难辨梭状芽孢杆菌感染性腹泻、高致病性禽流感等.根据临床特征,及时、合理开始经验性抗感染治疗,尽早预防和控制感染,急诊医疗服务体系要对暴发性流行的疾病起到预警作用. |

| Abstract: | It is necessary for emergency physicians to master not only the diagnosis and treatment of common infectious diseases, but also the epidemic trends of infectious diseases, such as CA-MRSA, clostridium difficile-associated diseases, highly pathogenic avian influenza. Emergency physicians should start empirical anti-infective therapy promptly and rationally according to clinical features, and should play a more important role in early-warning of controlling the outbreak of epidemic diseases. |
