苦参碱对慢性乙型肝炎患者T细胞亚群的影响

目的探讨苦参碱治射液对慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血T细胞免疫的影响。方法采用SAP法检测30例慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血T细胞亚群。结果有2例感染者达到完全应答,12例部分应答,16例无应答;苦参碱治疗后外周血CD3 T细胞较治疗前明显增高,应答组CD4 T细胞显著高于无应答组。结论用苦参碱治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者可以影响患者T细胞免疫,使患者CD4 T细胞水平明显增高。

Effect of Kushenjian injection on the cellular immunity in peripheral blood of patients with chronic hepatitis B virus infection

Objective To investigate the effect of Kushenjian injection on the cellular immunity in peripheral blood in 30 patients with chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection. Methods T cell subpopulation (TCS) in the peripheral blood of the patient were respectively examined by SAP. Results There were 2 complete responder (CR), 12 partial responders (PR) and 16 non- responder(NR) at the end of Kushenjian injection treatment. The serum ALT and AST of the patients treated with Kushenjian were dramatically decreased compared with pretreatment (P<0.05). The percentage of CD3 TLC in peripheral blood were increased remarkably after ttreatment. And CD4 cells were also amplified significantly in CR or PR than in NR group. Conclusions Therapy with Kushenjian injection can improve the T cell especially CD4 T in peripheral blood in patients with chronic HBV infection.
