摘    要:目的研究葡萄胎差异表达新基因F10在不同组织的表达情况及其与恶性肿瘤之间的关系。方法采用原位杂交方法检测不同肿瘤组织和正常组织的F10基因mRNA表达。结果F10基因在卵巢腺癌、子宫内膜癌、乳腺癌、肝癌、胃癌等腺癌中阳性表达,不同腺癌之间阳性表达差异无显著性(P>0.05)。子宫内膜、宫颈上皮等正常组织、肝癌癌旁组织中F10基因阴性表达。结论葡萄胎差异表达新基因F10不仅与滋养细胞肿瘤密切相关,可能还在某些腺癌发生发展中起重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the expressi on of associated hydatidiform mole new gene F10 in different tumor tissues and its implications. Methods In situ hybridization was used to study the expr ession of F10mRNA in different tumor tissues and normal tissues. Results F10 mRNA was shown to be positive in adenocarci n oma of ovarian carcinoma, endometrium carcinoma, mammary carcinoma, hepatocarcin oma, gastric carcinoma. There was no significant difference at the expression i ntensity of different adenocarcinoma(P>0605). F10 mRNA was negative in n ormal tissues and hepatocarcinoma para-tumor tissues. Conclusion Higher expression of F10 gene may be clos ely associated with trophoblastic tumor, suggestingits important role in the dev elopment of the adenocarcinoma.
