临床护理教学全程导师制带教模式的应用效果

摘    要:目的探讨全程导师制带教模式在临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法临床护理教学实施全程导师带教模式,即护生进入临床科室第一位带教教师即为该护生在我院实习期间的全程导师,负责该护生实习全过程的督导及检查工作,采取系统、规范的管理方法对全程导师进行培训、考核,制定工作职责,使其完成全程导师带教工作,在护生实习结束前对带教教师进行评价,并对护生成绩进行考核。结果带教教师教学态度优秀率为99.69%,自身素质优秀率为98.20%,教学方法优秀率为93.57%,专业能力优秀率为91.39%,沟通交流优秀率为90.58%。全程导师制带教模式护生专业技能优秀率较没实施全程导师制带教护生提高。结论在护理临床教学中实施全程导师制教学模式,提高了护士的带教水平及综合素质,促进了教学质量的提高。
