| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨综合护理干预对颈椎病患者生活质量及医疗费用的影响.方法:将260例颈椎病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各130例,观察组进行常规护理、健康教育及渐进性功能锻炼,对照组仅采取常规护理、健康教育、常规康复锻炼.分别在干预前、干预1年末比较两组患者SAS、SDS评分、生活质量、医疗费用.结果:两组患者干预前生活质量比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),干预后比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组干预前后及两组干预后SAS、SDS评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组患者住院1年后医疗总费用和平均费用比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:综合护理干预可提高患者的生活质量,减少医疗费用. |
