对氧磷酶2基因311Cys/Ser多态性及血脂血糖指标与海南地区阿尔茨海默病的相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨对氧磷酶2(PON2)基因311Cys/Ser(C/S)基因多态性及血脂血糖指标与海南地区阿尔茨海默病(AD)的关系。方法用聚合酶链反应.限制性片段长度多态性(PCR.RFLP)分析技术对22例AD患者和31例年龄匹配的健康对照者进行PON2—311Cys/Ser基因多态性及血脂血糖指标的分析。结果AD患者组PON2-311基因频率和等位基因频率与健康对照组之间比较无显著陛差异。总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白A(ApoA)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)和血糖(Glu)在老年性痴呆症患者和健康对照者问无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。SS基因型人群中低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)在老年性痴呆症患者和健康对照者间有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论海南地区PON2基因C31IS多态性及血脂血糖指标与AD患者没有显著相关性。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between paraoxonase-2(PON2) gene 311Cys/Ser(C/ S) polymorphism with blood lipids and blood glucose index and Alzheimer's disease(AD) in Hainan. Methods Paraoxonase-2 311 Cys/Ser gene polymorphism and blood lipids and blood glucose for 22AD patients and 31 age-matched health controls were analysised by using polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP). Results The gene frequencies and allele frequencies of the paraoxonase-2 311Cys/Ser in AD were not significantly different from those of control. The levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), apolipoprotein A(Apo A), apolipoprotein B(Apo B) and blood glucose(Glu) were no significant difference in the case and control group(P〉 0.05). In the SS genotype, low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) was different between the case and control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The polymorphism of PON2 C311S gene and blood lipids and blood glucose were not significant associated with AD in Hainan.
