结构式心理护理干预对三叉神经痛手术患者依从性疼痛感和生活质量的影响

目的探讨结构式心理护理干预对三叉神经痛手术患者疼痛感和生活质量的影响。方法选取河南科技大学第一附属医院口腔颌面外科2017—2019年行手术治疗的三叉神经痛患者120例,随机分为对照组和干预组。对照组给予常规护理措施,干预组采取结构式心理护理干预,比较2组患者围术期护理依从性、满意度、疼痛、焦虑与抑郁程度以及术后生活质量状况。结果干预组护理总依从率85.48%,护理总满意率93.55%;对照组护理总依从率50.00%,护理总满意率56.90%;干预组护理总依从率和护理总满意率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。干预前2组患者疼痛、焦虑及抑郁程度基线水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与干预前比较,干预后2组患者疼痛、焦虑及抑郁程度评分均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预组疼痛、焦虑及抑郁程度评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前2组患者生活质量评分相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与干预前比较,2组患者干预后生活质量评分均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三叉神经患者手术前后行结构式心理干预,可有效提高护理依从性和护理满意度,减轻患者的疼痛程度及焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者术后生活质量,利于患者术后恢复。

Effect of structured psychological intervention nursing on nursing compliance,nursing satisfaction,pain and quality of life in patients with trigeminal neuralgia surgery

Objective To explore the influence of structured psychological intervention nursing on nursing compliance,nursing satisfaction,pain and quality of life in patients with trigeminal neuralgia surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing trigeminal neuralgia surgery who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from 2017 to 2019 were selected.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into conventional nursing group and structural psychological in?tervention nursing group.The nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups;the pain,anxiety,and de?pression scores before and after treatment were compared between two groups,and the quality of life scores before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results In the structural psychological intervention nursing group,the total patient care compliance rate was 85.48%,and the total nursing satisfaction rate was 93.55%.Among 58 patients in the routine care group,the total patient care compliance rate was 50.00%and the total nursing satisfaction rate was 56.90%.The total nursing compliance rate and total nursing satisfaction rate of the structural psychological intervention nursing group were significantly higher than those of the conventional nursing group(P<0.001).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of pain,anxiety,and depression between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,the pain,anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were decreased after treatment(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of pain,anxiety and depression in the structural psychological intervention nursing group were signifi?cantly lower than those in the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).Before the treatment,the quality of life score was not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,the quality of life scores of the two groups were increased af?ter treatment(P<0.05).After the treatment,the quality of life score of the structural psychological intervention nursing group was signifi?cantly higher than that of the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion Structural psychological intervention nursing before and after surgery can effectively improve nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction,reduce pain,anxiety,and depression of patients,im?prove the quality of life of patients after surgery,and help patients recover health after surgery.Structural psychological intervention nurs?ing is worthy of clinical promotion.
