Abstract:
Objective To study the correlation between the expression of miR-210 in peripheral blood,the content of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in serum and the recurrence of cerebral infarction. Methods Patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March2019 were selected. They were divided into recurrent group and non recurrent group according to the recurrence of cerebral infarction one year after the onset. The differences of miR-210,VEGF and clinical data between the two groups were compared. ROC curve was used to analyze the predictive value of miR-210,VEGF on recurrence of cerebral infarction,and COX regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of recurrent cerebral infarction. Results Compared with the non recurrence group,the expression of miR-210 in peripheral blood,the content of VEGF in serum were significantly lower(P<0.05);ROC curve analysis showed that the expression level of mir-210 in peripheral blood and the content of VEGF in serum had predictive value for the recurrence of cerebral infarction(P<0.05);COX regression analysis showed that the expression level of mir-210 in peripheral blood and the content of VEGF in serum were the influencing factors for the recurrence of cerebral infarction(P<0.05). Conclusion the decreased expression of miR-210 in peripheral blood and the content of VEGF in serum of patients with acute cerebral infarction are related to the recurrence of cerebral infarction.
