摘    要:目的:探讨目标管理法在新护士规范化培训中的效果。方法:选择2009—2012年新护士30名,随机均分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用传统方法培训,观察组采用目标管理法培训,制定培训目标和培训计划,组织实施,培训结束后对2组护士进行护理理论和操作考核。结果:观察组的理论成绩、操作技能成绩和全科室护士再评价合格率均高于对照组(P〈0.05~P〈0.01)。结论:目标管理法是一种有效的新护士规范化培训模式,可明显提高培训质量。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of target management method in the training of new nurses. Methods:Thirty new nurses were randomly divided into the observation and control group from 2009 to 2012. The control group was trained with traditional method. The observation group was trained with target management method, which included formulating training goals & plans and implementing. The levels of theory and operation in two groups were tested after training. Results:The theoretical achievements, operating skill and the percent of pass of whole department nurses re-evaluation in the observation group were higher than those in control group(P 〈 0.05 to P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions: The target management method is a standardized and effective training mode for new nurses, which can significantly improve the quality of training.
