| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法:选取真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎62例，CT诊断后经鼻内镜下鼻窦开放后联合抗生素及0.9%氯化钠注射液冲洗鼻窦治疗。结果:随访3个月至2年，所有患者均痊愈，无复发，且均无手术并发症。结论:鼻内镜下鼻窦开放术联合抗生素及0.9%氯化钠注射液冲洗是治疗真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the curative effects of nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of noninvasive fungal nose-sinusitis.Methods：Sixty-two cases with noninvasive fungal nose-sinusitis cases were diagnosed by CT scanning,and treated with nasal endoscopic surgery combined with antibiotics and 0.9％ sodium choride injection flushing.Results：All cases were followed up for 3 months to 2 years and cured.No recurrence and complication were found.Conclusions：The nasal endoscopic surgery combined with antibiotics and 0.9％ sodium choride injection flushing is an effective means in treating fungal nose-sinusitis. |
