单纯性肥胖儿童心理行为问题探讨

目的：探讨单纯性肥胖的心理行为问题,为制定防治方案提供依据。方法：采用问题行为早期发现测验（PPCT）和参照CBCL量表设计的家庭调查表以1：1配对方法对单纯性肥胖儿童和正常儿童及其父母进行调查。结果：PPCT测试显示单纯性肥胖儿童的人际关系不适应得分、情绪不稳定得分和行为问题总分均高于对照组;非条件Logistic回归分析显示单纯性肥胖表现为非攻击性、焦虑／抑郁、社交退缩、思维问题和内向等心理行为问题。结论：单纯性肥胖儿童常可表现出多方面不良心理行为问题。

On the Psychological and Behavioral Problems of Purely Obese Children

Objective:In order to provide basis for developing prevention and treatment programs for purely obese children,the behavioral and psychological problems of obese children were studied.Method:By means of 1 to 1 make a pair,purely obese children?normal children and their parents were surveyed with a family questionnaire designed according to PPCT and CBCL.Results:PPCT shows that all the marks that purely obese children got in social communication,unsteady mood and behavioral problems are higher than normal children's.Non-condition logistic regression analysis shows that purely obesity has the following characteristics:inoffensiveness?anxiety?depression?withdrawing from social communication?thinking problems?introversion and psychological and behavioral problems.Conclusion:Purely obese children often have many aspects of unhealthy psychological and behavioral problems.
