| 摘 要： | 目的初步统计健康体检人员的EB病毒感染率,了解目前EB病毒感染的情况,总结在本地检测的阳性率。方法 EB病毒酶联免疫吸附法检测EB病毒IgA抗体。结果总结2007～2009年在我院进行的VCA-IgA抗体检查共36368例,共检查出1315例阳性,阳性率为3.6%。其中男性802例,女性513例,男女VCA-IgA抗体阳性率比例为1.56:1。运用SPSS13.0统计软件进行χ~2检验得出,2007～2009年50岁以上组与20～29岁组感染率比较,P<0.01,有统计学意义。结论年龄相差越大,VCA-IgA抗体检出阳性率差别就越大,检出阳性率随着年龄的增长而增多。建议在以后的预防保健工作中筛查重点人群是年龄在50岁以上人群。
