| 摘 要： | 本文用2％利多卡因与小剂量芬太尼混合液用于连续硬膜外阻滞麻醉,发挥了较好的镇痛作用,通过临床观察表明:用此混合液能减少局麻药用量,减少术中辅助性镇痛药物的使用,能较好地抑制内脏牵拉反射,增强局麻药效果。

| Abstract: | Continual use of the mixture of 2% lidocaine and a little fentanyl in extradura can achieve the better effect of analgesia. Observation shows that the mixture can not only decrease the dosage of local anesthetics, but also reduce the dosage of auxiliary analgesics. It can control the stretch reflex of internal organs and improve the effect of local anesthesia. |
