| 摘 要： | 目的应用反相高效液相色谱法测定润肠清颗粒中大黄素和大黄酚的含量。方法采用C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(80∶20),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长254 nm。结果大黄素在0.026~0.208μg范围内具有良好线性关系,平均回收率为99.98%,RSD为1.55%(n=5);大黄酚在0.0495~0.3960μg范围内具有良好线性关系,平均回收率为100.18%,RSD为1.17%(n=5)。结论该方法操作简便,快速,可作为该药质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To develop an RP-HPLC method for the determination of the content of emodin,chrysophanol in Runchangqing Granules.Methods The supelcosil C_(18) column with methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid(80:20) as the mobile phase was used.The flow rate 1.0 mL/min and the detective wave length was 254 nm.Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.026～0.208 μg,The average recovery and RSD of emodin were 99.98%,and 1.55%(n=5) respectively.The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.0495～0.3960 μg,The average recovery and RSD of chrysophanol were 100.18%,and 1.17%(n=5) respectively.Conclusion The method is simpie,quick,and could be used to control its quality. |
