北京地区军队离退休干部疾病构成及高血压病危险因素的流行病学调查

目的了解北京地区60岁以上军队老年入主要疾病构成并探讨高血压病相关危险因素。方法从2007年10月1日～2008年3月30日对北京地区8所干休所军队离退休干部人群的患病情况及高血压病相关危险因素进行了横断面调查，采用非条件logistic回归模型进行多因素分析。结果该人群中患病构成排在前三位的是高血压病。冠心病和高脂血症，其患病率分别为65．6％、64．9％和36．5％；多因素分析显示体重指数、高密度脂蛋白、高血压病家族史与高血压病相关，OR值（95％CI）分别为1．090（1．019～1．165），0．353（0．174～0．720）和2．197（1．287～3．750）。结论该人群应重点控制高血压病，冠心病和高脂血症．同时应注意保持适宜的体重水平。

An epidemiological survey of the diseases corporation and hypertension risk factors in retired military veterans in Beijing

Objective To identify the corporation of major chronic and the risk factors of hypertension in retired military veterans aged 60 or above in Beijing,China. Methods A cross sectional survey,from October 1th,2007 to March 30th,2008,was carried out in 8 health centers,Beijing. 430 responders finished the survey,non conditional logistic regression model was applied for odd ratio(OR)and 95%CI. Results The three leading prevelance of diseases were hypertension(65.6%),coronary heart disease(CHD,64.9%)and hyperlipoidemia(HL,36.5%)respectively. BMI,HDL and family history of hypertension was associated with hypertension,their ORs(95%CIs) were 1.090(1.019-1.165),0.353(0.174-0.720) and 2.197(1.287-3.750)respectively. Conclusions The control,treatment and recovery of hypertension,CHD and HL should be paid more attention to keeping suitable body weight level should be advocated in retired military male veterans.
