奎硫平与氯氮平对精神分裂症病人心电图影响的对照研究

目的：探讨奎硫平对病人心电图的影响。方法：95例精神分裂症患者随机分成实验组(49例)及对照组(46例)，分别使用奎硫平与氯氮平治疗。于治疗前及治疗后4周、8周检查心电图。结果：奎硫平与氯氮平对精神分裂症病人的心电图均有影响，但奎硫平组所致心电图改变发生率明显低于氯氮平组(P＜0．01)，心电图异常程度轻，以窦性心动过速为主。结论：奎硫平可引起心电图发生改变，但其发生率低，心电图改变程度轻，安全性较大。

A comparative study of EKG changed by Quetiapine and clozapine in the treatment of schizophrenia

Objective:To explore the change of EKG caused by Quetiapine.Methods:95 inpatients with schizophrenia were randomly assigned to two groups:the experimental group (49cases)and the control group(46cases).The patients in the two groups were treated by Quetiapine or clozapine respectively, and were checked EKG before and after the treatment 4 th and 8 th week. Results:Both of quetiapine and clozapine had effected to EKGof the patients.In the experimental group the abnormal rate of EKG was lower than that in the control group ( P <0.01),and the Severity of electrocardiographic abnormality was slight.The most of them was sinus tachycardia.Conclusions:Quetiapine can cause electrocardiographic abnormality,but the abnormal rate is lower and the Severity is slight.It has a favourable safety.
