TCD新指标对糖尿病脑血管病变的诊断价值

目的：研究TCD新指标对诊断糖尿病脑血管病变的价值。方法：65例糖尿病患者和80例健康者，采用TCD技术与计算机连用方法，对以上两组145例的1595条脑血管进行新指标的对照检测。／结果：95．84％患者脑血管出现明显异常。与原指标相比，测试的临床确诊率提高了30．16％，结论：脑血管收缩平均速度，反弹高度，紧张度，压力指数，缓慢指数，脑负荷指数，是多方位反遇糖尿病脑血管病变的重要参数和新指标，对临床诊断糖尿病脑血管病有重要价值。

Clinical evaluation of new TCD indexes for diabetic cerebrovascular disease

Objective:To evaluate the clinical values o f new transcranial doppler (TCD) indexes in diagnosis of diabetic cerebrovascul ar disease.Methods:The new indexes were used to mea sure 1 595 brain blood vessels of 145 patients in two groups by TCD scan which w as connected with computer.Results:95.84% brain bl ood vessels of patients were abnormal obviously. The rate of clinical diagnosis was increased by 30.16%. Conclusion:Average speed o f c erebrovascular contraction, resistance, tensity, pressure index, slow index and cerebrovascular load are very important new parameters of diabetic cerebrovascu lar disease in many ways. It is of great value in clinical diagnosis of diabetic cerebrovascular disease.
