齐拉西酮与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的对照研究

目的比较分析齐拉西酮与利培酮在精神分裂症患者中的临床应用价值。方法随机将我院收治的精神分裂症患者分为齐拉西酮组和利培酮组,对两组临床治疗情况、PANSS评分情况、不良反应发生情况进行比较分析。结果与治疗前相比,两组治疗后阳性症状评分、阴性症状评分、一般症状评分均明显改善;与利培酮组相比,齐拉西酮组不良反应总发生率显著降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在精神分裂症的治疗中,齐拉西酮临床疗效和不良反应均优于利培酮,可作为精神分裂症患者较为理想的临床治疗药物进行推广和应用。

Comparative study on the effects of ziprasidone and risperidone for treat- ment of schizophrenia

Objective To probe and compare the clinical effects of ziprasidone and risperidone for the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods Schizophrenia patients in our hospital were divided into ziprasidone group and risperidone group randomly. The clinical treatment, PANSS score situation and adverse reactions of patients were compared and analyzed between two groups. Results The scores of positive symptom, negative symptom and general symptom of the patients in two groups were improved significantly after treatment. The incidence of adverse reactions in ziprasidone group was decreased significantly, there were significant differences （P〈0.05） compared with risperidone group. Conclu- sion The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of ziprasidone are better than risperidone. Ziprasidone could be used as an ideal clinical drug to promote and applicate for patients with schizophrenia.
