经纤支镜肺泡灌洗治疗机械通气下重症肺部感染的疗效观察

目的探讨纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗在机械通气下肺部感染的治疗效果。方法 126例机械通气下肺部感染随机分为灌洗组(治疗组)和对照组,两组均给予抗感染、常规吸痰等支持对症治疗,灌洗组予经纤支镜肺泡灌洗。对两组进行疗效比较。结果两组在治愈率、有效率、血气改善、住院时间和抗生素使用时间等比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经纤支镜肺泡灌洗治疗机械通气下肺部感染疗效显著。

The effects observation of bronchoalveolar lavage by brochofibroscope in the treatment of severe pulmonary infection under mechanical ventilation support

Objective To observe the effects of bronchoalveolar lavage by brochofibroscope in the treatment of severe pulmonary infection under mechanical ventilation support. Methods The 126 patients with severe pulmonary infection under mechanical ventilation support were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. The patients in both groups were accepted anti-infection and other supportive treatments. The experiment group were treated with bron- ehoalveolar lavage by broehofibroseope,and the control group were accepted routine treatment,the therapeutic in the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results There were significant difference in the recovery rate, effective rate, the blood gas analysis improve,hospital mortality,the time of anti-infection （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bronehoalveolar lavage by broehofibroseope have significant effects in the treatment of severe pulmonary infection under mechanical ventilation support.
